Come and bring a sandwich to share.  Salads and dessert will be provided.  The speaker will be Susan Sutton, Guidance Counselor.  The topic is "What you should know about Cyber Bullying"

The Board of Christian Education is sponsoring a pool party.

Our children and their parents are invited to the pool party and cookout.  Please contact Bill Shockley for more details.

"Back Pack Pals" - a program of Moore County Schools.

This is a new mission approved by the Deacons.  This program is designed to provide nutritious foods to children identified by school staff who have little or nothing to eat over the weekend.  Our church is responsible for donating 48 individual serving size boxes of cereal each month.  Please bring these boxes to the church for delivery to the Sandhills Food Bank.  We will be helping students attending Southern Pines Primary, Elementary and Middle Schools.

Remember  to bring in cans for the Sandhills Coalition.  Our goal for 2010 is 3000 cans.
